BRIEF
Initial Estimate
Upon getting in touch Gary will find out as much as he can about the project and give a no obligation estimate. This varies dependant on materials, complexity of project and finishing. On many occasions a site visit is not necessary but on larger projects Gary will arrange to visit the site and measure for a more accurate estimate. It is helpful to share images of the space, rough measurements and mood board / pinterest board if you have a particular aesthetic in mind.
This initial estimate is free and has no obligation.
DESIGN
Drawing and Sampling
Once the initial estimate is agreed Gary will begin working on a design. A detailed meeting will be arranged where the space is measured and for you to discuss materials and finishing. Samples will be provided so you can see material options and designs drawn up. Once all details are agreed and the client is happy with the design Gary will offer a 3D drawing of the project, this will be a technical drawing that you can keep. With the agreed design you will be given an accurate quote and timeline of the project.
The design process is charged to the client upon receiving 3d drawing, this is charged at a fair price reflective of the work involved.
build
Off site Manufacturing
As much of the project will be built and finished from Gary’s East London workshop. Working proudly from Building Bloqs in Edmonton you can receive images of the build in process.
A percentage of the total cost of project will be charged to begin manufacturing. This covers some of the overheads such as material costs.
fit
High Spec Fitting
Gary and his team will try to cause as little disruption as possible during fitting. The project will be fit and finished to a high spec and efficiently.
The remainder of the cost will be charged on the completion of the project.
